In 2018, Congress passed the Farm Bill, making a form of cannabis known as hemp federally legal. We extract our THC from hemp, which allows us to be legally sold in most states to adults 21+.

Most people who are referring to "THC" are actually talking about Delta 9 THC. Since marijuana and hemp are both apart of the cannabis family tree, THC can be derived from either source. This is important to note because all Delta 9 products are derived from hemp and considered federally compliant. Delta 9 can be found in much higher concentrations within the cannabis plant, whereas Delta 8, Delta 10, and CHC typically synthetically recreated to formulate products with lasting effects.

THCa Stands for tetrahydrocannabinolic acid and it is the precursor to THC (D9) (tetrahydrocannabinol.) When cannabis is growing, it produces THCa. Once converted, through a process called decarboxylation (heat), does it become THC (D9). THCa is the raw, acidic form of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is the main psychoactive compound in cannabis. In its raw form, THCa does not produce psychoactive effects, until it is heated.
